In such cases, you can get Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) for future purchases. THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS FAULTY (DAMAGED OR NOT WHAT I ORDERED). WHAT DO I DO?

You can also get online store credit. Claims can be settled within 14 days of making the purchase and all products go to the HO for final approval.
