THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS FAULTY (DAMAGED OR NOT WHAT I ORDERED). WHAT DO I DO?

In the rare case that the product you received is damaged, incomplete, or wrong we apologize for the inconvenience. We try to make sure that each order is correctly placed for every customer. You can also get online store credit. Claims can be settled within 14 days of making the purchase and all products go to the HO for final approval.
