In such cases, you can get Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) for future purchases. Requests for exchanges must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order to our help address at customer@kapraycorner.com

THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS FAULTY (DAMAGED OR NOT WHAT I ORDERED). WHAT DO I DO?

In the rare case that the product you received is damaged, incomplete, or wrong we apologize for the inconvenience. We try to make sure that each order is correctly placed for every customer. However, should you find yourself in such a situation you can simply contact us at customercare@kapraycorner.com or call us at +92 3332455988 and exchange the product for something else. You can also get online store credit. Claims can be settled within 14 days of making the purchase and all products go to the HO for final approval.

The brand does not offer exchanges for accessories Please note that items on sales and promotions are not eligible for exchange Once sales start the final price at the sale will be the final price for any exchange The product is in a re-saleable condition Please make sure that all tags and items are intact and that the garment is unused.
